For account, workspace, billing, cancellation, refund-review, or deletion help, email support@kirelum.com. Do not include passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or secret keys.

Manage a subscription

Sign in, open the company workspace, choose Billing, and open the secure billing portal. You can review invoices, update the payment method, change plans, or cancel. Cancellation stops renewal while access continues through the paid period.

Delete an account

Workspace owners can start deletion from Settings. Read the account deletion process before submitting a request.
