Privacy Policy

Operator and scope

KirelumOps is a Kirelum product operated by Juan Olmos, an individual sole proprietor based in Oklahoma, United States. This policy describes how KirelumOps handles information in connection with its public business pages, tenant-isolated operational workspaces, billing, QR workflows, time tracking, reports, invoices, evidence storage, support, and tenant-specific job applications. United States commercial launch

The initial commercial launch of KirelumOps is in the United States. The service may be technically accessible from other locations, but KirelumOps does not represent that region-specific compliance, billing, or commercial availability has been activated outside the United States unless expressly stated.

Information we process

We may process account identifiers, name, email, phone number, business and workspace records, employee and client information entered by authorized users, job-site information, assignments, timestamps, QR and clock activity, tasks, reports, inspections, service requests, photos and files, invoices, payment-provider identifiers and transaction status, support communications, device and application activity, and security or diagnostic records.

When a person applies through a public tenant site, we may process first and last name, email, phone, city, position interest, availability, preferred schedule, work experience, transportation answer, message, consent, and limited abuse-prevention data supplied with that application. Customers determine what authorized business content they enter into their tenant workspace.

How we use information

Information is used to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide requested business features, isolate tenant workspaces, enforce roles and plan limits, process authorized billing, operate public pages and job applications, respond to support, communicate about service or security matters, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose and repair failures, preserve authorized records, enforce agreements, and comply with lawful obligations.

Payment information

Payment processing is handled by an authorized payment provider. KirelumOps may receive payment-provider customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice references, transaction status, currency, and amounts needed to administer billing. KirelumOps does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. Users should never send full card details to KirelumOps support.

Service providers

KirelumOps relies on service providers for functions such as authentication and account security, Cloudflare hosting/networking/database/private object storage, payment processing and billing administration, and communications, monitoring, fraud prevention, and security. Providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their function and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Sharing, sale, and advertising

KirelumOps does not sell customer data and does not use customer data for third-party advertising. Information may be shared with authorized tenant users, contracted providers, professional advisers, or public authorities when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users or the platform, enforce agreements, investigate abuse or security incidents, or comply with a valid legal obligation.

Tenant isolation and customer responsibilities

Operational records and private files are associated with a specific company workspace. KirelumOps uses server-side authorization, tenant identifiers, role and resource checks, and private storage controls to reduce the risk of one tenant accessing another tenant's information. Each customer controls its invited users and is responsible for entering and using personal information lawfully. No technical system can guarantee absolute security.

Job applications

A public job application is stored for the company whose site the applicant visited. Authorized owners and administrators of that company may review it and update its hiring status. KirelumOps processes the data to deliver the application, protect the form from abuse, and support the company's hiring review. Submission does not guarantee review, contact, interview, or employment. Applicants should not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents, or other sensitive records in the initial form.

Account deletion and retention

A workspace owner can request deletion inside KirelumOps from Settings. The owner must type the exact company name and explicitly confirm the request. Access and public tenant surfaces are then disabled, renewal is stopped, and a 30-day safety period begins. After that period, personal and tenant data is deleted from active KirelumOps systems, including tenant files in private storage. Authentication data is deleted when the user has no other KirelumOps workspace relationship. Tenant deletion includes job applications held for that tenant, subject to the same safety period and lawful retention exceptions.

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required, including for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, enforcement, or compliance obligations, and only for the applicable period. Expired trials, downgrades, failed payments, and ordinary subscription cancellations do not by themselves delete data. See the account deletion page for the request path.

Access, correction, export, and deletion requests

Depending on applicable law and the relationship to a customer workspace, a person may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information. Some requests may need to be handled by the customer that controls the relevant workspace. We may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting and may retain or decline information where applicable law permits or requires it. Requests may be sent to support@kirelum.com.

United States state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, which can include rights to know or access personal information, request correction or deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. The exact rights depend on the law that applies to the person and the processing involved. KirelumOps does not sell personal information or use customer data for third-party targeted advertising. Other countries and future regional launches

Mexico, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions may impose additional privacy, tax, notice, representative, transfer, or consumer requirements. KirelumOps will address applicable regional requirements before representing a region as commercially launched or compliance-complete. Technical access from a location does not by itself mean that region has been activated for commercial launch.

International processing

KirelumOps is operated from the United States, and service providers or customer-authorized users may process information in other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires a specific transfer mechanism or notice, KirelumOps will address that requirement as part of the relevant regional launch or processing arrangement.

Security

KirelumOps uses authentication, server-side authorization, tenant isolation, private object storage, signed billing webhooks, restricted secret management, and audit records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

KirelumOps is directed to businesses and authorized business users, not to children. It is not designed for children to create accounts or use the service independently. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable employment and privacy requirements if they process information about younger workers or applicants.

Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, providers, law, or data practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by applicable law and will publish an updated effective date.
