Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Service and eligibility
KirelumOps is intended for authorized business use. The account owner is responsible for accurate account information, invited users, lawful instructions, and having authority to upload or process workspace information.
Trial and paid plans
Eligible new businesses may receive one configurable 14-day trial. KirelumOps has no permanent free plan and does not use ads. Before paid access begins, checkout shows the selected plan, billing period, currency, and amount. Trial eligibility is subject to reasonable anti-abuse checks.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. A customer may cancel at any time through the authenticated Billing area or payment-provider portal. Cancellation prevents renewal and the customer keeps access through the end of the period already paid. Plan changes, payment methods, and invoices are available through the same billing surfaces. Downgrading or canceling does not automatically delete existing data, although creation of new records may be limited by the selected plan.
Refunds and billing errors
KirelumOps does not generally offer automatic or prorated refunds. A refund or account credit may be reviewed for a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, an exceptional case approved by KirelumOps, or when required by applicable law. Requests should be sent to support@kirelum.com with the invoice or payment reference, never full card details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Taxes
Prices and currencies are configured independently for the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Tax rates are not hardcoded or invented by KirelumOps. When formal tax configuration is activated, applicable taxes are calculated or collected according to the customer jurisdiction and the approved payment or tax provider.
Failed payments and access
A failed payment may place an account in a past-due or limited state after reasonable handling. Existing data is preserved under the retention policy. Access can be restored after successful payment.
Account deletion
Workspace owners can request account and tenant deletion from Settings. The request requires explicit confirmation, disables access, begins a 30-day safety period, and then deletes personal and tenant data. KirelumOps retains only information whose retention is legally necessary. The request path and effects are explained on the account deletion page.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, access another business workspace, upload unlawful or harmful material, disrupt the platform, or use KirelumOps in violation of applicable law.
Public job applications
A company may enable a public form for introductory employment applications. Applicants must provide accurate information and must not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents, or other sensitive records in the initial form. A submission does not guarantee review, contact, interview, or employment. Each participating company is responsible for its hiring decisions and applicable employment practices.
Customer data
The customer remains responsible for its business identity and content. KirelumOps receives the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display authorized content to provide the service.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve, but material billing or service changes must follow applicable notice and consent requirements. Service levels, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute resolution, and termination effects remain subject to professional review for the launch entity and jurisdictions.
Support
Contact support@kirelum.com for account, billing, cancellation, refund-review, or deletion support.
